1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to CyberEssentials.org (the “Site”). These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and ACMedia (“we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the https://cyberessentials.org/ website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto.

Some of the links on CyberEssentials.org are “affiliate links.” This means if you click on the link and purchase an item, we may receive an affiliate commission at no extra cost to you. We only recommend products or services we believe will add value to our readers. The inclusion of affiliate links does not influence the editorial content of our posts.
6. Advertisers
We allow advertisers to display their advertisements and other information in certain areas of the Site, such as sidebar advertisements or banner advertisements. If you are an advertiser, you shall take full responsibility for any advertisements you place on the Site and any services provided on the Site or products sold through those advertisements. We simply provide the space to place such advertisements, and we have no other relationship with advertisers.

9. Modifications and Interruptions
